The breakfast was good! I like that it was slightly different on the second day, to provide variety. The room was good, it was clean and comfortable. We were able to check into our room half an hour early, which was very convenient. The staff was lovely! Having temperature control in our room was very nice because my partner and I like it a bit cold. The blackout screen on the window was nice for added privacy. Location was convenient. Overall an excellent experience.

This hotel is beautiful! Super clean and the staff are phenomenal! The pool is excellent! The room was super clean and large! The cushioned bench ledge at the windowsill, was a perfect size for our 9-year-old who absolutely had to sleep there! While we were at breakfast, another family said their kids slept there as well! It's a silly fun little feature that makes a family trip so much more fun for the kids! The air conditioner worked phenomenally! It was over 35° c when we stayed, and our room stayed nice and cool. This is hands down our favorite hotel we have stayed at in Woodstock, highly recommend!

The room had excellent air conditioning, was very clean, and the breakfast provided was great! We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the pool but we appreciated there was "adult only" time using the pool, had we wished to lap swim we could have!

I stay at this facility quite frequently during my travels between the Maritimes and Ontario. This time, though, I proved that getting old has its pitfalls, as I accidentally booked the Best Western in Woodstock (Ontario) instead of the Best Western in Woodstock (New Brunswick), so needless to say there was no booking upon arrival. However, the friendly/efficient Reception staff appears to be used to these types of snafus, as she quickly checked the availabilities....and found me a room (mind you not the type I usually book, but - as the saying goes - beggars can't be choosey...LOL). She also suggested to call BW in Ontario to cancel that reservation, which - even though they were fully booked and had already turned away a few potential clients - the Manager there (Amy) cancelled the booking at no charge to me. So overall, another successful stay at a Best Western facility.

When I arrived, I found out they hadn't received the registration via the app I had chosen. The staff collected the confirmation number and let us settle in. There was no further issue, and we were pleased to see we had the pool area all to ourselves!

breakfast was good, Eggs ,sausages, potatoes ,waffles and many other things to eat . Room was clean and comfort.

Very good staff. Good Location. Breakfast is very simple. But whole day hot water, coffee, milk, cream, sugar, and tea are available. Free parking and a lot of spots. It is a very cozy hotel.

Even though it was late when we checked in, the person at the front desk was very polite and helpful. We were so tired but needed something to munch on and drink and the lady showed us where the vending machine was.
